MyNotes is a personal productivity application for managing notes, tasks, bills, and calendar items. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use MyNotes, including the optional Google Calendar integration.

2. Data We Collect

When you use MyNotes, we collect and store:

• Your Google account email address and display name (for authentication)
• Notes, tasks, bills, and other content you create within the app
• Files and media you upload (images, audio, video)
• If you connect Google Calendar: an OAuth refresh token to access your Google Tasks on your behalf

3. Google Tasks Integration

MyNotes offers an optional integration with Google Tasks. When you choose to connect:

• We request permission to read and write your Google Tasks
• We store an OAuth refresh token in our database to sync tasks on your behalf
• We only access the Google Tasks list created by MyNotes (named "MyNotes")
• We do not access any other Google services, files, or data

You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the MyNotes service:

• To display and manage your notes, tasks, and bills
• To sync tasks with Google Tasks when you have enabled the integration
• To send push notifications for bill reminders (if enabled)

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data is only transmitted to Google when you have explicitly connected the Google Tasks integration.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on a secured server (Hostinger). OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted database and are only used for the purpose described above. We follow standard security practices to protect your data.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your data, contact us at hi.rachmad.akbar@gmail.com. We will remove your data within 30 days of the request.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Revoke Google Tasks access at any time via your Google Account settings

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
