MyNotes is a personal productivity application that allows you to manage notes, tasks, bills, and calendar items. It includes an optional integration with Google Tasks to sync your tasks with Google Calendar.

The Google Tasks integration is an optional feature. By connecting your Google account, you authorize MyNotes to read and write tasks in your Google Tasks account solely for the purpose of syncing with the MyNotes task list. You can revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account settings.
You retain ownership of all content you create in MyNotes. You are solely responsible for the content you upload or create. We do not claim any ownership over your notes, tasks, or other data.
We strive to keep MyNotes available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.
MyNotes is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that data will never be lost. We recommend keeping backups of important data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MyNotes, including any loss of data.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
